Our brand quickly grew a reputation for reliable pragmatic advice on IT performance improvement – by learning and adapting quickly to the needs of our growing client base, we developed a bullet proof process for evaluating existing IT infra structure and mapping against planned growth or diversification.
It is this rigour which has kept our clients, and where our philosophy of ‘Where one satisfied customer leads to another’ has allowed us to continually invest in our knowledge and skills to keep our clients safe, current and operational.
We are a business committed to sustainability and are a member of Bright Green Business, we are well managed and funded and have deep belief in continual investment in our own infra structure, our own quality management systems (currently working toward ISO27001) developing our team to be confident communicators.

Having founded Illuminate in 2007, Amanda continues to lead the business from strength to strength. Whether it be overseeing the day-to-day, helping businesses with compliance, or providing thoughtful commentary at industry events, she adds value in everything she does.

Projects & Cybersecurity Manager
With his dedication to finding innovative technology solutions, Kerr leads our cybersecurity best practices, working with peer groups within the UK. He is our Cyber Essentials Practitioner and also leads pivotal projects for our clients.

Service Desk Manager
As the primary escalation point for significant IT challenges, Craig oversees our service desk operations and ensures that our clients receive swift and effective resolutions. He also leads the technical recruitment process, identifying top-tier talent to join our innovative team.
Sarah Ross

Sarah helps to keeps our team on time and in check! Overseeing many of our internal operations, her support allows Amanda and our technical team to remain focused on client needs.
